| 1953 | PERO (Peter Erbel Reinigungsanlagen und Oberflächentechnik – Peter Erbel cleaning plants and surface engineering) was founded by Peter Erbel in Königsbrunn near Augsburg in 1953. In the early 50s already, Peter Erbel had managed to halve the enormous consumption quantities of solvents and to reduce the odour nuisance using refrigeration technology. With this revolutionary new product, Peter Erbel had laid the foundation stone for a successful development of the company. He started a series of innovations which are still state of the art today. |
