Service- und Wartungsverträge für höchste Leistung

 

Once a cleaning plant was delivered to you, you will focus on two important criteria – high plant availability and high cleaning performance.

 

If you are cleaning in multi-shift operations and have a service issue you will surely wish to have a PERO service engineer available as quickly as possible. Once a service contract was concluded, we will also provide advice and actual services before and after normal business hours.

 

For these more comprehensive services, we will offer you, at additional cost, two contracts providing telephone support and response times for support by service staff.

 

Version I

 

Includes telephone support on weekdays from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (CET), including quick local availability of a service engineer at your premises.

 

Version II

 

Includes availability telephone support on weekdays from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (CET) and, in addition, local availability and deployment of service staff on the weekends.

With preventive maintenance contracts, which provide for maintenance on a regular basis after a certain number of operating hours, you will keep your plant availability at a high level and thus ensure a continuously high cleaning performance. Also against the background of reliable calculation of overall cleaning costs, a maintenance contract is a reasonable decision to take.
