| PERO V4 -
Cleaning with HC or CHC The V4 is a solvent plant for large quantities or components. A free test run and the wet acceptance at the factory will prove that this plant fulfils your requirements to cleanliness. This plant supports efficient production and reliable processes. The entire system of the “V4” is operated under vacuum. This has several advantages for the user: - Only minimal solvent loss
- Low solvent temperatures, thus gentle distillation and less solvent consumption
- Possibility for cleaning most diverse work-pieces
- Permanent leakage control with vacuum monitoring
In order to exclude contamination of groundwater, all plants are delivered with a checked safety reservoir. Permanent monitoring of several physical quantities enables absolutely safe operation of the plant and compliance with applicable international safety regulations and emission limit values. | |
