| PERO V3 -
Cleaning with HC or CHC The V3 is a solvent plant, which beside perfect cleaning results also offers you any possibilities for automation. A free test run and the wet acceptance at the factory will prove that this plant fulfils your requirements. This plant supports efficient production and reliable processes. The entire system of the “V3” is operated under vacuum. This has several advantages for the user: - Only minimal solvent loss
- Low solvent temperatures, thus gentle distillation and less solvent consumption
- Possibility for cleaning most diverse work-pieces
- Permanent leakage control with vacuum monitoring.
In order to exclude contamination of groundwater, all plants are delivered with a checked safety reservoir. Permanent monitoring of several physical quantities enables absolutely safe operation of the plant and compliance with applicable international safety regulations and emission limit values. | |
