PERO solvent plants set standards – also with respect to environmental legislation

Solvents safeguard best results for cleaning work-pieces. All the known media may be used for the solvent plants of PERO. These systems therefore constitute a safe investment also in the future.

Beside the known chlorinated hydrocarbons (CHCs) like perchloroethylene (Per), trichloroethylene (Tri) and methyl chloride (MC), halogen-free hydrocarbons (isoparaffins) and modified alcohols may be used as well. *

Trendsetting consumption and emissions

The V0 to V5 plants guarantee responsible handling of this media because minimum solvent consumption is characteristic for these plants. The plants easily comply with national and international regulations. Legislators have repeatedly geared their limit values determinations towards PERO’s groundbreaking consumption and emissions. It goes without saying that the safety equipment of the plants has also been certified by the Technical Surveillance Organisation (TÜV) so that AIII solvents can also be used without any risk whatsoever.

Please note: Cycle times and processes are largely dependant on the cleaning operation to be performed. The values stated therefore must be determined in a practical test at one of our test centres. The times stated are standard times (full immersion, steam degreasing, drying).

* Hydrocarbons exclusively refer to hazard class A III (= flashpoint >55 ºC).
