PERO rotating basket plant TWT
| Rotating basket plant TWTTWT-Mono (1 working chamber) and TWT-Duo (two working chambers) are state-of-the-art aqueous cleaning plants. They combine the functions of a spraying plant with those of an immersion plant (with or without ultrasound). It thus also becomes possible to remove persistent contamination off complicated components. The residual heat energy of the components and vacuum are used for drying. The components are optionally rotated or pivoted. Any commercial suds may be used as washing media. Due to the optional stainless steel construction, pure, demineralised water may also be used. | |||

The modern SPS control enables fully automated operation and programming of different programmes. Feeding weight per batch is up to 200 kg. Feeding takes place fully automatically or manually via roller conveyors. Accessories like e.g. ultrasound, drying acceleration, high-pressure flooding system, oil separator and much more are available on request.
The TWT-Duo can be used with up to four baths for very high throughput and high cleanliness requirements.
