Rotating basket plants Rotimat 3 and 3U

Rotimat 3 and Rotimat 3U have been tried and tested for many years. Most diverse components, bulk material in particular, are effectively spray-washed by special jet systems with high-performance pumps. Components can be rotated or pivoted. Sprayable suds (alkaline, slightly acidic or neutral) are used as washing media. The components are either dried with the residual heat energy emanated by the components or by means of an air heater.

Special features Rotimat 3U

In this plant, the components are first washed and subsequently rinsed in two separate cycles. The easy to operate SPS control enables input of different programmes and individual steps. Owing to the particular arrangement of the spraying system with special jets, chippings, emulsions, oils, wear debris or other contamination can be cleaned away from scooping parts or work-pieces with blind holes and tapped holes can also be cleaned in a reliable process.
