Single-chamber plant Robomat

The robust single-chamber plant Robomat, which has been tried and tested for decades, is the ideal solution for aqueous cleaning of larger and large components. Two versions of machines are available in this series:

• single-chamber Robomat
• Robomat/U with two chambers for washing and rinsing separately

Mode of operation of the plant

Work-pieces are directly positioned onto the grating or in the baskets. The large closing lid permits easy feeding. In this plant, cleaning is achieved by high-volume spraying. The mobile rotary spraying tube with special jets pivots around the components by 340º, and thus ideally reaches the work-pieces to be cleaned from all sides. Components are dried with the residual heat energy emanated by the components. This process is supported by an exhaust fan.
