Cleaning processes for aqueous media

In the systems for aqueous cleaning media predominantly slightly acidic, neutral or slightly alkaline cleaning agents are used (the drying is not considered in the designation of processes).

ROBOMAT - spray cleaning with aqueous media
System for large individual components; with the movable nozzle tube dirt is cleaned in one or two process step.

R

Removal of strongly adhering dirt, or between or after manufacturing steps for large castings or repair parts

RS

Good cleaning performance for subsequent machining or assembly processes

ROTIMAT - spray cleaning with aqueous media
In turntable equipment (vertical axis), or cage-washing equipment with rotating basket holder (horizontal axis) workpieces are cleaned in single or two-stage processes.

R

Removal of blades; with low oil entry also good degreasing

RS

Good degreasing performance and good cleaning of blades and particles

TWT - immersion cleaning with aqueous media
In the cage-washing equipment with rotating basket holder (horizontal axis) workpieces are cleaned in one-, two- or three-stage processes as well as conserved.

R

Removal of blades; with low oil entry also good degreasing

RS

Good degreasing performance and good cleaning of blades and particles

RK

Removal of blades; prevention of corrosion after cleaning

RSK

Good degreasing performance and good cleaning of blades and particles; prevention of corrosion after cleaning

Mechanical support of the cleaning process for all media

xxxx

Us

Ultrasonic - for detaching strongly adhering particles or pigments

Sf

Surge flooding - for cleaning of strongly adhering dirt

Sp

Spraying at TWT or solvent systems - as a mechanical support for cleaning dirt adhering
