Cleaning processes

Different cleaning requirements and cleanliness specifications require very different cleaning processes. As many of these solutions are imple-mented at PERO with highly standardized plants.

PERO cleaning systems allow the following basic treatment steps:

R          Cleaning          Dipping or spraying
SFlushing Dipping or spraying
KConserveDipping
DEVapour degreasing In solvent cleaning systems
TDryingAqueous media - atmospheric, hot air
VT

Vacuum drying

Solvent vacuum drying

From the demand-oriented combination of treatment steps, the cleaning processes / equipment options for customer systems are defined:

R

1 cleaning bath - one-stage cleaning

RS

1 cleaning bath, 1 flushing bath - two-stage cleaning

RK

1 cleaning bath, 1 conserving bath - one-stage cleaning with targeted conservation of the surface of the parts afterwards

RSK

1 cleaning bath, 1 flushing bath, 1 conserving bath - two-stage cleaning with targeted conservation of the surface of the parts afterwards

DE

Solvent systems - vapor degreasing as a final cleaning step; with high oil / grease entry also as first cleaning step
