About most economic parts cleaning solutions informed the German manufacturer Pero AG together with its Turkish partner BILOL Servis Ltd.
The wide programme of advanced parts cleaning systems was presented, comprising cleaning plants for aqueous solutions as well as for solvents.
On stand E 103 the leading process engineering of the cleaning plant R1 had been explained. This machine type works successfully in the metal forming, aviation and automotive sector in Turkey. For example in baskets 530 x 320 x 200 mm degreasing tasks are fulfilled at high batch speed on one hand and on the other high residual dirt requirements are met.
For the economic cleaning of cut and milled parts the Pero cleaning plant for aqueous solutions Rotimat 3U is especially suitable.
Pero und BILOL presented cleaning plants for small cleaning batches in the format of a “shoe box” up to plants for the degreasing and cleaning of full skeleton containers.
Bilol spoke to a nice number of long term customers working with Pero cleaning systems like the R1, the V2 and Robomat. The team of Bilol Ltd. was able to present itself as the competent representative of Pero for nationwide sales in Turkey.
